We had our master bath (a whopping 16'x16' space) completely gutted and remodeled, and are very satisfied with our new bath. Every crew that was sent out was kind and courteous, and I felt very safe with them in my home. They communicated their professional thoughts to me, but also took my ideas with much regard. Trash was always stacked nicely in my yard and picked up in a timely manner. My only negative comment is that scheduling communication could have been better (some days no one would show and we didn't get a call), but truly that's it. The estimate was right on. The room is gorgeous and functional. Eddie knows this business, and I would definitely hire them again.

I needed the houses painted and EMS was referred by my HOA. Eddie came within a day to give me an estimate and even worked with my HOA directly to expedite the approvals. The team showed up as promised and did an amazing job. They took great care in preparing, pressure washing and taping every area. The team of 3 did an outstanding job. At the end of the first day they came to tell me they broke the handle of my water hose but had already gone and bought a new one and replaced it! I would have never known this occurred. They have earned my business forever not just due to their amazing quality of work but also due to their level of integrity. They are 100 in my book! Eddie is coming back today to give an estimate on my master bath remodel

Harvey Can't Take Everything Away
After a month and a half the kitchen is almost done. They have a few minor touches left, but should wrapped it up this week. I'm ready to get my house back in order. We love it and EMS Home Remodeling did an amazing job. That's a wrap. Just waiting on the refrigerator. What can I remodel next. Lol.

EMS recently completed my "Harvey Rebuild" and I couldn't be happier. They had my house dried out and demoed within a week of the flood waters receding and have basically rebuilt my house. Having one contractor to coordinate all of the different crews which were needed helped relieve the stress of the situation and made recovery manageable. The staff was helpful with all of the decisions which had to be made, and very patient and understanding of the stress of the situation. The crews were always professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating to my wishes. They made sure that every task was not only done to my satisfaction, but was good quality work. A job well done - thanks!

We had our master bathroom remodeled and wood look tile installed. EMS did a great job. Eddie was very responsive when we had questions about the process. We can't wait to have them here again when we are ready to build a covered patio. On a scale of 1 to 10, we give them an 11!!

Our Bathroom remodel was completed today. I am very happy with the results. I measured the tiles for excessive lippage and they were all with in or above specs . The custom vanity is excellent. painting and plumbing were done by experts. Edward and his team are very customer oriented. Joe , the construction manager keeps the crews working and on time and kept me informed of there status. Christina ordered the right tiles and other products. Nikita at the front office kept me informed on schedules. Very excellent experience.

I ordered some windows from DIY that are hurricane resistant. They can withstand 120 mph plus winds and are argon gas filled that help with insulating and also noise reduction. I did have to wait a bit longer then wanted but the payback was well worth the professionalism of the install. Thank you Edward Schwartz I will definitely use your company again on future projects.
